是否可以在屏幕外提供 XDMCP 服务？

提供XDMCP服务本身并不难。使用 XDM 进行一些配置就足够了。

但是XDM必须启动一个X进程并显示一些东西，如果存在一些硬件问题，它就会启动。而在我看来，XDMCP 服务器是纯 CPU 任务。

那么，是否可以在不使用显卡或屏幕的情况下提供XDMCP服务呢？就像在后台运行 Nginx 一样吗？

当我在我的案例中尝试时，由 XDM 启动的 X 进程由于“未找到屏幕”而终止。我不想注意修复这个问题，因为本地监视器对我来说毫无意义。

我跟着https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/XDMCP进行修改。 xdm.log 说：

xdm在配置的任何 X 服务器上启动会话/etc/X11/xdm/Xservers，使用类似以下的行

:0 local /usr/bin/X11/X vt7
otherhost:0 remote

对于local线路，它将在连接之前尝试启动指定的 X 服务器。

用 注释掉您不想要的任何内容#。如果你只想要XDMCP，你可以将它们全部注释掉。
