根据使用哪个 USB 端口插入键盘和鼠标（两者都有 USB 连接器），如果我按下控制或移位按钮，鼠标指针将被阻止。要让鼠标再次工作，我必须拔下鼠标并重新插入。
如果我将鼠标插入同一个 USB 端口，按下控制或移位按钮也会发生同样的情况，因此我会测试所有可能的组合（也更改键盘的 USB 端口），直到找到正确的组合（并不总是相同的）。
我测试了几个鼠标和几个键盘，它们都出现了同样的情况。此外，如果我插入 Wacom 平板电脑，鼠标和键盘都会停止工作。
我测试过的操作系统是Windows10，Devian8，Ubuntu 17.04和Ubuntu 17.10。目前我用的是Ubuntu 17.10。
在 Windows 中这种情况并不经常发生，但确实会发生，所以我认为这可能与硬件有关，但我不知道可能是什么。
