当多个网络启动时，给予 eth0 更高的优先级

我通过 eth0 和 wwan0 实现了互联网连接。如果我移除 eth0，我将通过 wwan0 实现互联网连接，但是当我将以太网重新插入系统时，我的系统应该通过 eth0 而不是 wwan0 实现互联网连接。

我已经在 /etc/network/interface 中为 eth0 添加了度量值，但这对我的路由没有影响。
