您需要先更新索引：

sudo apt-get update

然后

sudo apt-get install nmap

该libxslt1.1软件包已更新，存储库现在包含版本 1.1.29-2.1+deb9u1，索引中列出的版本 (1.1.29-2.1) 不再可用。
