一旦我重新启动 Surface，我就无法再远程访问它了。它只是挂了......

我已经使用 Chrome Remote Access 和 Team Viewer 对其进行了配置。

如果我靠近它，并唤醒它。只有这样，它才会重新上线。但如果我不在家，无法亲自唤醒它，该怎么办？

You selected shut down instead of restart.
