sudo apt install update-manager-core
sudo do-release-upgrade
一旦 ubuntu 成功升级到 20.04（需要一段时间），请再次执行 pop os 升级命令：
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
pop-upgrade release upgrade systemd
