这不是一个预制的图标——它是实际上mspaint.exe 图标覆盖在“空白表”图标之上，当您使用“打开方式”打开非 Windows 已知的应用程序时，就会自动获得该图标。

（例如，使用记事本打开 .doc 通常会产生一个纸上的记事本图标。自 Windows 95 以来它一直以这种方式工作。）
