我尝试了 3 种不同的 NIC（板载、PCIE 和 USB，芯片组来自不同的制造商）。但没有什么区别。我尝试禁用所有第三方软件，甚至重新安装了 Windows。我也尝试从网络中删除所有其他设备并更换网线。没有什么区别。
编辑：这原来是 PC 内部的以太网布线有问题（机箱的外形意味着 NIC 本身并不直接暴露在机箱背面，而是通过一条小延长线到达那里）。DHCP 日志只是一种障眼法，是问题的症状，而不是问题的原因。
