修复尝试:

  1. 当我全新安装 Linux 时,此问题通常会在几天后再次出现,并且似乎与我在硬盘上放置了多少内容有关。如果我有意尝试将其保持在最低限度,那么崩溃发生之前似乎需要更长的时间。最后一次崩溃发生在我通过 python 进行一些半密集型(几个 100 MB)读写操作时。

    我的也是三星(更多详细信息请参见下文),所以我做了建议的操作,但这似乎没有帮助。

  3. 我通过 lfvs 更新了所有固件,尽管那里没有 SSD 更新,主要是 BIOS。这解决了其他一些问题,但没有解决这个特定问题。

听起来您的 NVMe 硬件设备有问题。您可以尝试从恢复 USB 映像启动并badblocks在 NVMe 设备上运行,或者如果有三星诊断工具来擦除/测试您可以运行的设备?
