我在 Ubuntu 22.04 上也遇到了同样的问题。当我检查时/var/log/syslog我发现，不知何故交换性被重新启用。

我所做的是编辑/etc/fstab文件并删除包含 swap.img 行的行，之后我重新启动服务器，一切都恢复正常
