目录、章节标题、节标题等均居中,章节标题从页面中间开始

我正在开始写论文,这只是我第二次使用 TEX。我不知道如何让目录、章节标题、章节和小节出现在左缩进中。此外,目录和章节都从页面中心附近开始,而不是从顶部开始。这就是论文文档的默认设置吗?如果是这样,有没有办法更改这些默认值?
