索引标题样式不同

我有这样的文件（MWE）：

        \chapter{First}

并且索引标题与其他不同。

我很清楚，我可以用某种方式来使用idxlayout（也许是自己的样式文件）。但我每次尝试时都失败了。

如文档 2.3 节所述idxlayout，index必须在 之前加载包idxlayout。使用正确的加载顺序，索引标题将格式化为与其他（未编号）顶级章节标题（在您的 MWE：章节中）一样。
