您可以尝试转到文档 --> 设置 --> LaTeX 序言，然后添加

\renewcommand\chapter{\par
                    \thispagestyle{plain}%
                    \global\@topnum\z@
                    \@afterindentfalse
                    \secdef\@chapter\@schapter}

（通常需要\makeatletter前后对比\makeatother，参见\makeatletter 和 \makeatother 起什么作用？，但 LyX 会自动添加此功能，因此没有必要。）
