软件包 natbib 警告 在 arXiv 中提交

在 arXiv 上提交论文时，我遇到了这两个问题

"LaTeX Warning: Reference `xxxx' on page xx undefined on input l
ine xxx.
"Package natbib Warning: Citation "xxxx"  on page xx undefined on input line ".

我在网上找到了很多解决方案，例如：我添加了[numbers, comme square]选项，\usepackage{natbib} 但问题仍然存在。此外，我添加了包含“nohypertex”的文件00README.XXX，但问题仍然存在。有没有人能给我一个解决方案？
