将作者姓名之间的“and”小写

Question

我在用apalike2.bst参考文献列表。所有作者姓名（包括中间的“AND”）都以小写字母显示。如何将“AND”改为小写“and”？

例如：NUNNENKAMP, PETER AND SPATZ, JULIUS (2004). FDI 与发展中经济体的经济增长：东道国经济与行业特征的相关性如何。跨国公司，13(3):52–86。
