向 IETE 研究期刊提交论文只需要文件.pdf。因此，您可以使用标准article类。一旦您的论文被接受出版，其余的事情（风格要求）将由编辑部负责。
但如果你想使用LaTeX template，那么我已经编辑了一个.cls文件来满足大部分IETE journal of Research样式的要求。将IETEJR.cls和放在template.tex一个文件夹中并准备好你的论文。
