使条件内的方程更大

下面的代码可以工作，但是当 LaTex 生成方程时，方程很小，而且看起来“很皱”。如何修改此代码，使方程至少与方程中的项 $F(x)$ 一样大？

环境cases使用\textstyle，不\displaystyle同样适用于array，matrix等等。

mathtools在 的位置加载包，amsmath并使用dcases。
