IPTA 会议工作人员向您提供了一些错误的信息。使用ieeetran文档类（文件ieeetran.cls与您使用的模板一起分发）时，在首次运行 之后\IEEEoverridecommandlockouts，您必须运行\pubid{...}，而不是\IEEEpubid{...}。

我只能猜测 IPTA 会议工作人员对IEEEtran使用 的文档类\IEEEpubid和ieeetran使用 的文档类（请注意小写字母“ieee”）所使用的术语感到困惑\pubid。由于您正在使用ieeetran文档类，因此必须使用\pubid。

作为对其他会议参与者的公共服务，您可能需要联系 IPTA 工作人员并让他们知道 (a) 他们提供了不正确的信息以及 (b) 正确的信息是什么。:-)
