如何将附录章节和横表放在同一页上?

我正在尝试将章节和小节标题(附录400h EIS 拟合结果) 在同一页面上有两个横向表格。我在这个社区找到了几个答案,但没有一个让我满意。如果可能的话,我想保留环境landscape,避免sidewaysminipage......(PS:不要在意 14 厘米的桌子尺寸,如果有必要我可以进一步缩小它)
