LPPL 在 1.3 和当前 1.3c 之间的排版变化方面做了一些非常小的修正。由于这些版本之间没有实质性的变化，CTAN 不会单独记录它们（与被跟踪的 LPPL 早期版本形成对比）。真的没有理由选择 v1.3（或 v1.3a 或 v1.3b）而不是 v1.3c，所以最好只是调整文本以指向最新版本。
