使用 \cite 时出现多个引用的问题

我正在准备一份要提交给 Springer 的手稿,但参考文献方面出现了问题。当我使用 \cite 引用多个参考文献时,它会给我问号。例如,如果我执行 \cite{Ref1, Ref2, Ref3, Ref4},结果会显示为 [1,?,?,?]。我已使用参考书目插入参考文献,并手动添加了所有参考文献。
