现代 cv - WinEdt 和 MikTex - 在 Windows 7 上安装后 - 不起作用

我昨天在电脑上安装了MikTex和WinEdt 10.3版本。我打开了我想要生成的文件，但是它总是报告错误：

tex 文件在我安装了 Microsoft 10 的旧电脑上可以运行（两天前），但在新电脑上却不行。可能是因为 Microsoft 7 吗？
