Natbib：引用多位作者时出现“未定义的控制序列”错误

我是 Latex 的初学者，我正在使用 TexStudio 和natbib这里提到的其中一种样式文件：https://pubsonline.informs.org/authorportal/latex-style-files

当我尝试引用有 1 位以上作者的条目时，例如：\citep[p.38f]{Hassija.2020}，我收到“未定义控制序列”错误。相应的 .bib 条目如下所示：
