无法在 ubuntu 上设置 texlive 的路径

我安装了完整的 texlive，然后sudo apt-get install texlive-full 将以下代码添加到 ~/.bashrc、~/.zshrc、~/.profile

export PATH=/usr/share/texlive/2019/bin/x86_64-linux:$PATH

问题是我没有得到功能和工具...例如字体系列，用不同语言输入...等等。

1-我使用 vim 进行打字。
