带有 VSS 和即时恢复的 NetBackup - 无法删除旧快照

我们正在尝试在 NetBackup 6.5.3.1 环境中实施 Microsoft VSS 进行快照。客户端均为 32 位和 64 位 Windows 2003 Server。

快照参数为：

  • 即时恢复已启用
  • 最大快照数 = 1
  • 提供商类型 = 1（系统）
  • 快照属性 = 1（差异）

所有备份均成功完成，并且已成功为快照备份和打开的文件（卷影复制组件）创建 VSS 卷影。

问题： NetBackup 不会在每次连续备份时清除或覆盖旧快照。当我们列出影子和影子存储时，它会不断增加。IT 不遵守最大快照设置。

日志： 除了我们没有使用的方法（VxVM、Flashsnap 等）之外，bpfis 日志似乎并没有显示任何错误。部分内容如下：

问题： 有人遇到过 NetBackup / VSS 在备份后不清除快照的情况吗？

我们最终将使用 HP EVA 进行快照，但在进一步操作之前，我们希望确保在 VSS 级别正确运行。

使用 VSP 而不是内置的 Microsoft VSS 时，我们遇到了同样的问题。在主服务器的属性 -> 客户端属性中，将快照提供程序设置为“使用 Microsoft 卷影复制服务...”。
这为我们解决了问题，因为设置由客户端操作系统而不是 NetBackup 控制。
