看起来它在 PAM 步骤上失败了。您可以检查 /var/log/secure、/var/log/messages /var/log/authlog 的输出吗？验证用户是否具有有效的 shell，并且没有 PAM 原因导致他们无法登录。
用户可以从控制台登录吗？您能“su -”登录该帐户吗？
尝试将 UsePAM 改为“no”来看看这是否是您的问题。
