复制组策略时出现问题 EventID 1030 和 1058

我们的 DC 出现了问题，其中 2 个没有复制其 GPO，我们在事件查看器中每 5 分钟收到一次 EventID 1030 和 1058。我还注意到一些客户端计算机没有更新其 GPO，并且出现了相同的错误。

我搜索了各种网站，查看了 technet 等上的各种文章...试图解决这个问题，但没有成功。我开始认为这是与域名选择的名称有关的 DNS 问题。

DCDIAG 产生以下错误：

Starting test: Advertising
     Warning: DsGetDcName returned information for \\elfnet.ELF.local, when
     we were trying to reach DELL.
     Server is not responding or is not considered suitable.

     Check that server finished GC promotion.

禁用“远程访问自动连接管理器”为我解决了这个问题。

windows 2003 server x86（所有服务包和修补程序）。具有使用 pppoe/adsl 运行的路由和远程访问、用于传入 vpns 的 pptp 和防火墙+nat。还具有 openvpn 和几个连接到其他办公室的 tap 适配器。并且有两个物理网卡。因此网络配置很复杂 :-)
