Apache 进程数激增，导致虚拟机瘫痪

我们有几个虚拟机用作 Plesk 托管服务器。

其中一个表现出以下不良行为：

  1. Apache 进程数急剧上升（我将 MaxClients 限制为 80 来解决这个问题）
  2. 服务器负载因此大幅增加
  3. 重新启动 apache 可以立即修复负载，并且 apache 会继续像往常一样愉快地提供内容，直到几个小时后这种行为再次重复。

我查看了所有 apache 日志、mysql 日志、/var/log/messages 和 dmesg，即使在出现峰值时，也没有发现任何异常。

我甚至访问了大约同一时间提供的所有动态内容页面，但无法重现结果。

我不知道该怎么办 ：（

附件是 httpd.conf（所有注释均已删除，与 plesk 创建的完全一样*）、mysql.conf 和来自 zabbix 的四张图表，显示了 1 天的缓存内存、cpu iowait、可用交换空间和“Web 服务器活动”。

有没有人有什么建议？

*- 我启用了 KeepAlive 来解决这个问题，并自己设置了限制。

信号量已达到最大值。我不知道为什么 apache 给自己分配了~115 个信号量，但增加该值可以解决所有问题 —— apache 不再需要 IOWAIT 另一个信号量，因此系统不会挂起。

看起来这可能是内存泄漏。尝试设置MaxRequestsPerChild为 100 之类的值，看看是否能解决问题。如果能，请开始跟踪内存泄漏。

也可能是 DOS 攻击。问题出现之前，请求量是否激增？
