只是想让大家知道我是如何解决这个问题的。

原来问题出在我的备份驱动器上。它是一个通过 eSata 电缆连接到服务器的外部驱动器。备份期间，驱动器不断从存储管理器中消失。我在 Google 上发现其他人也在抱怨 eSata 连接不稳定。所以我换了一个 USB 3.0 外部硬盘，它运行得非常完美！它在短短一个多小时内备份了大约 350 GB。
