似乎有几个错误，系统找不到“Microsoft.Exchange.Diagnostics”程序集。这可能表明安装已损坏。您可能需要尝试卸载并重新安装客户端访问角色，看看是否能解决问题。
此外，您的统一消息传递错误似乎有点不祥——它报告说无法在您的活动目录中找到拨号计划对象。如果您已经有一个正在运行的 UM 基础设施，那么拨号计划对象可能在 AD 中以某种方式被破坏了。
