最终，我找到了原因。密码太长了。我尝试使用短密码，而且有效。我认为如果密码太长，mysql 命令可能会截断密码，但似乎复制并没有为你做到这一点。

重新安装 mysql 后，设置复制时出现同样的错误。

它已通过改变来解决IP 到主机名作为 Master_Host，但我不确定这是否是原因，因为 IP 之前一直在使用并且运行良好。

现在还有人发现这个问题吗，至少在 MariaDB 10.4 上，密码长度不再是问题。（我刚刚用 75 个字符长的密码测试了它。）仅仅执行 mysql 重启或 START SLAVE 是不够的，STOP SLAVE首先需要执行，甚至可能还需要执行 CHANGE MASTER TO。
