如何启用 BITS Peercaching？

除了将 GPO 设置为“启用”之外，还有其它明显的改进。

bitsadmin /peercaching /getconfigurationflags

Peercaching configuration flags:
         Enable download from peers      :false
         Enable serving to peers         :false

TL;DR：PeerCaching 在 Windows 7 中已被有效删除，并已被 BranchCache 取代。

注意从 Windows 7 开始，BITS 3.0 对等缓存模型已弃用。如果安装了 BITS 4.0，则 BITS 3.0 对等缓存模型不可用。
