解决方法是删除浏览器的 cookie 或重新启动浏览器。
我已经将 vitualhost 切换为以调试模式登录，但没有任何进展。

如果通过删除 cookie 解决了问题，那么该问题很可能与 Apache 本身无关。
我宁愿去解决你所服务的网站的故障。
然而，即使 Apache 不对错误“负责”，查看 Apache 的错误日志也是个好主意。
