在 Exchange 方面呢...内部/外部 URL 配置为什么？DNS 中是否有“autodiscover.company.com”（或内部 autodiscover.company.local）的 A 记录，并且您的 SSL 证书是否列出了这两个名称？

设置 internalURL 并创建 A 记录...如果您希望客户端也能够从外部自动发现，则在内部和外部都设置（使用 autodiscover.company.com）。
