我更换了 Perc 5/i 中损坏的电池。原装电池和替换电池都是相同的 DLU8735 型号。我在手动的所以我关掉了系统并更换了它们。安装更换电池后，获取Bbu状态开始显示电池丢失。获取BbuCapacityInfo显示正在充电，所以我认为可能需要先完成充电才能使用电池。但是，现在电池已充满 100%，但仍报告丢失。我想也许我需要强制执行学习周期，但这立即完成，状态没有任何变化。系统已过保修期，所以我无法致电戴尔。有什么想法可以解释为什么看到这块电池却没有使用？

听起来你的连接不太好。其他人报告说在用压缩空气吹出 RAID 电池插头和插座。

如果这不起作用，您将需要尝试更换 PERC 5/i（2014 年初，状况良好的二手价格不到 20 美元）和/或尝试另一块电池。
