无法在redmine中上传文件（使用centos 7）

我在 centos 7 vm（内核 3.10.0-229.7.2.el7.x86_64）中安装了 redmine 2.6.6.stable。到目前为止一切正常，但我目前无法上传文件。谷歌搜索后，我发现 Passenger 会写入这些文件（https://www.redmine.org/issues/8817)，并且可能没有正确的写入权限。但我尝试修复这个问题已经 2 个小时了，但没有成功。

无论我如何尝试更改 PassengerUser（也尝试了 PassengerDefaultUser 几次）参数，我都会得到“nobody”用户来运行它：

保持 selinux 执行的解决方案是添加以下规则：semanage fcontext -a -t httpd_sys_rw_content_t“/var/www/html/vhosts/redmine/files(/.*)?”，然后使用restorecon -Rv /var/www/html/vhosts/redmine。
