几年前，我在运行 Squid 2.7 时遇到过这个问题……在一台计算机上运行良好的配置在另一台计算机上却出现了这种情况。我仍然不知道原因，但更改了

 # Squid normally listens to port 3128
  http_port 8899

回到默认端口3128似乎可以解决问题（至少对我来说是这样）。
