提供 IP 地址而dig -x不是主机名是正常的。

还请注意,如果您使用公共 IP 地址,ISP 必须授权您自行管理 PTR。许多 ISP 不会这样做,因此您必须询问他们或使用他们提供的任何设施。

我联系了我的 IP 地址提供商(我的数据中心的所有者),然后找到了答案。我能够在他们那里为我的邮件服务器配置一条 PTR 记录,这样就解决了所有问题。

我不知道作为我网络的权威 DNS 服务器与作为我 ISP 的权威 DNS 服务器有什么不同。我在那里添加了一个 PTR 记录,剩下的就很快解决了。
