带有数字 HELO 的 Received 标头不是 Exim 提供的 HELO。Exim 正在发送charlotte.studiomod.us。

所投诉的 HELO 是您用来发送邮件的程序提供的：roundcube。

仅从您的邮件中选择Received标题可以更容易地看到：第一行是 mail-tester 内部的，第二行是 mail-tester 表示它收到了来自 charlotte 的邮件（格式为 HELO（rDNS [IP]），第三行是 charlotte 表示它收到了来自 roundcube 的邮件，最后一行是唯一一行表示 helo 是 IP 地址的。
