众所周知，Hotmail 有自己的垃圾邮件检查指标。

没人能回答你，因为即使 hotmail 支持不回答此类取消列为垃圾邮件或了解指标的请求。

有些人认为这是对域名的背景调查（如老化），但这只是猜测。

供您参考，我甚至在我的 hotmail 帐户的垃圾邮件箱中收到了一些微软官方电子邮件。（例如每月的补丁简历，来自 @microsoft.com 帐户）
