您的 SPF 记录被记录为中性，这意味着您很可能没有设置 SPF，您可以在此处看到：您的 SPF 记录.您可以使用这个SPF 向导创建一个。但我认为您需要的 SPF 记录只是说。

这可能无法解决您的问题，但它可以让您走上正确的道路。您还没有注册 Hotmail 的垃圾邮件过滤程序nobl.junkemailfilter.com1，据我所知，您没有白名单扫描即可。您可以在此处注册微软的 SNDS 计划- 单击左侧的垃圾邮件过滤器程序。

您可能还遇到了其他问题，我看不出来，我认为您的 rDNS 设置正确，但您应该发送一封电子邮件来[email protected]确认。

很多时候，IP 可能会被列入内部黑名单，我认为 Hotmail 使用赛门铁克，但我扫描了你的 IP，什么也没出现。但这并不意味着你在他们的内部黑名单上。希望这能有所帮助。
