Nginx 服务器无法启动

我通过 终止了 nginx 服务器的进程后，该服务器无法再启动pkill nginx。现在每次我尝试启动时sudo nginx，都会出现此错误

nginx: [emerg] open() "/usr/local/Cellar/nginx/1.12.2_1/logs/error.log" failed (2: No such file or directory)

当我导航到 时/usr/local/Cellar/nginx/1.12.2_1/logs，该目录不存在。我应该手动创建它吗？我在 macOs sierra 中。
