我不确定如何解决这个问题，但似乎 VPN 已启动，因为 DNS 解析为不同的 IP，表明它是从 VPN 站点解析的。我理解 Nuget 是 .net 的包管理器存储库，这个域可能会因为缓存服务器或 DNS 解析路径不同而解析不同。此外，当您 ping 此域时，如果 VPN 已启动，您将从其防火墙后面 ping。这可能是被站点上的防火墙规则拒绝的。
