更改服务器 IP 地址后 MySQL CPU 使用率高

有一个非常奇怪的问题。MySQL 已安装在全新的 Windows Server 2019 上。它是 MySQL 5.7.29。我们还有一个运行 MySQL 的旧服务器。如果我将新/干净的服务器 IP 地址更改为旧服务器(旧服务器已关闭),“mysqld”服务 CPU 使用率将达到约 70% 并保持在该水平。不接受任何连接,除了消耗 CPU 之外不执行任何操作,“SHOW PROCESSLIST”不显示任何内容,没有查询发生。如果我将 IP 改回来,一切都正常。如果我将 IP 更改为旧服务器以外的任何其他服务器,它也能正常工作。这发生在客户端站点。我在想也许与 DNS 有关。有人遇到过这个问题吗?
