这不是 postfix 的问题。发件人默认由客户端指定，邮件服务器不会触及。

mail您可以通过以下方式指定发件人：

mail -a FROM:[email protected] [email protected]

或者，使用功能更齐全的邮件客户端，例如 alpine，您可以在菜单驱动的配置系统中轻松进行配置。
