我已经尝试连接公司的 VPN 好几天了，但都徒劳无功。我以前从未在 Windows 10 笔记本电脑上使用过 VPN。我将新的 VPN 连接添加到“设置 - 网络和 Internet - VPN：提供服务器名称、VPN 类型（带预共享密钥的 L2TP/IPSec）、预共享密钥、登录信息类型（用户名和密码）以及我获得的用户名和密码。尝试连接时，我收到以下错误消息，我不明白为什么，因为我的所有同事都在使用相同的 VPN，没有任何问题：

The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. This could be because one of the network devices (e.g. firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections. Please contact your Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem.

到目前为止我尝试过的步骤：

  1. 对 VPN 服务器的 IP 地址和服务器名称进行 ping 操作：均能正常工作。

  9. 我移除并重新安装了 WAN Miniport (IP)、WAN Miniport(IPv6) 和 WAN Miniport (PPTP)。
  10. 在本地安全策略中，我将 LAN 管理器身份验证级别更改为Send LM & NTLM - use NTMLv2 session security if negotiated。
  11. 在本地安全策略中，基于 NTML SSP（包括安全 RPC）的客户端的最低会话安全性，我取消选中了Require 128-bit encryption。
  12. 我禁用了Xbox Live Networking Services。
  13. 我尝试暂时禁用所有三个防火墙：公共网络、专用网络、域网络。
