我的 Exchange 2019 服务器出了问题。我将其缩小到自动发现问题。首先，（Outlook 2013）客户端抱怨 Exchange 服务器上的证书无效，但我已经将我的 CA 证书导入到客户端，并且 Exchange 证书是通配符（*.MYDOMAIN.COM），所以我应该没问题。

更重要的是，当我把 URLhttps://exchange.MYDOMAIN.COM/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml在浏览器中我看到：
