我最终使用certutil -csp NGC -key列出存储在 Windows Hello for Business 中的所有凭据。然后我certutil -csp NGC -delkey <name>删除名称中没有的凭据login.windows.net以清除所有其他凭据。

对于我来说，这不是一个 100% 的解决方案，因为 intune 似乎已经恢复了一些旧证书，但至少我现在可以处理这种情况。
