删除您的 ratelimit 数据库。这只是 exim 维护的带有 ratelimit 状态信息的本地 db4 缓存文件的一个别名（因为它是一个 db 文件，而不是在内存中，所以状态可以在 exim 重启和服务器重启后继续存在）。

在基于 rpm 的系统上，它可能位于/var/spool/exim/db/ratelimit*。我建议您首先停止 exim，我的意思是完全停止它。在基于 rpm 的系统上，这意味着service exim stop; service exim stop（没错，两次）。然后删除文件（包括 ratelimit.lockfile，如果存在）。然后重新启动 exim，它会在需要时再次创建 ratelimit 缓存文件。
