Grub Customizer 不会更改图像背景

我使用最新版本的 Grub Customizer (3.0.2) 和 Ubuntu 12.04。外观设置我更改了背景图像和字体，但是一旦我重新启动系统，它们就不会出现；始终有默认的 Ubuntu 背景图像，并且字体似乎有点改变，但不像预期的那样。

我遇到了这个问题，并找到了一些建议，使用较低分辨率的图像。这立刻就奏效了。启动时我的屏幕分辨率是 1920 x 1080，但该尺寸会使默认的紫色背景保持打开状态，没有图像。使用 Grub Customizer GUI（始终），我加载了低得多的分辨率，并且它加载了！我的 1920 x 1080 是高清尺寸之一，所以我查找了下一个最低的高清尺寸（1280 x 720），并且此尺寸的 GRUB 图像加载，几乎全屏，一切正常。我使用的是 HP Pavilion 22xi IPS 显示器和华硕 AMD 主板 M4A785-M，不确定视频卡到底是什么，低功耗 DVI-D 之类的东西......我猜启动后启动分辨率低于完整的 1920 x 1080？
